After dinner, family game night is a must in the game room that boasts a foosball table, shuffleboard table, and a smart TV where you can watch the game while you play or turn on cartoons for the little ones. With plenty of fun things to do in the New Braunfels area, you will be delighted to return home after the day’s adventures and recharge in one of the 3 bedrooms, decorated in comfort and style so that you’ll be well rested for what the next day brings. But you don’t even have to leave this lakeside sanctuary to enjoy the fresh outdoors and soak up some Texas sun! The beautiful backyard is any traveler’s dream, complete with an outdoor deck as wide as the home, ample seating and dining space, and a paved walkway to the lake where you will find a private dock, more seating and lounging space, a BBQ grill, and fire pit for smores after sunset. To ensure that you have a comfortable and carefree stay, we have provided essential toiletries and fresh towels in each bathroom. ✔ Bathroom 1: Bathtub with shower, large vanity with mirror, window with blinds for privacy ✔ Bathroom 2: Walk-in shower, large vanity with mirror ✔ Hair dryer available ★ GAMEROOM ★ Located on the lower level of the home is a well-appointed game room designed for your entertainment. Turn up the lights for an exciting game of foosball and shuffleboard or turn them down while you snuggle on the couch and watch a movie on the Smart TV. The sliding glass door provides plenty of natural light as well as access to the backyard. ★ BACKYARD ★ This is where the magic happens! The large backyard offers plenty of room for play or relaxation with fencing on both sides. Underneath the upper deck is a covered outdoor seating area facing Lake Dunlap. Stroll down the paved walkway to the waters edge where you will enjoy a covered pavilion with a charcoal grill and outdoor dining accommodations. There are several lounge chairs for some Vitamin D therapy, and a private dock with even more tables and chairs for waterfront dining. House rules. - We've put a lot of love in our place so please be respectful of it. - No pets allowed. A $300 per pet charge will be added for any undisclosed pets. - No smoking inside the home. A $300 charge will be added for smoking in the home. - No parties or events. Unapproved guests and/or parties/gatherings can result in immediate eviction. - An earlier checkin or late checkout may be possible depending on our other bookings and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. *Any unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will result in a fee of $10 per every 15 mins. - A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. - Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet time begins to 10 PM. *** Do not flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Toilet paper i TRASH DAYS i (General Trash/Garbage) You will see a a brown trash bin. (Recycle) Blue trash bin for recyclables. (Organics) Green trash bin for organics. Wednesdays- Trash days for the brown bin (General Trash) Mondays- Blue recycle bin and Green Organics bin Feel free to take the out the bin the night before. As requested by the waste management service, they ask to please have the trash cans out on the curb those days no later than 6 am (Handle to the curb). If you are unsure which trash can to use then please dispose in the brown trash can. Disposing of trash in the wrong trash can will incur an additional fee of $75.
