You can also skip the sightseeing entirely and spend the day enjoying the covered deck, large backyard, private dock, and peaceful Lake Dunlap views. Follow the paved walkway to the water’s edge, where a covered pavilion, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area, lounge chairs, fire pit, and private dock await. Relax by the water, share a meal at the outdoor table, or simply sit back and take in the beautiful Lake Dunlap views. Please note that boat and jet-ski docking is not available. Boats, jet skis, and other watercraft may not be tied to, stored at, or left overnight at the boathouse or dock. ★ A Note About the Home ★ This is a well-loved home that the owner lives in when it is not being shared with Airbnb guests. You may notice a few personal belongings throughout the property. Please leave these items where you find them and do not move, use, open, or remove anything belonging to the owner. Thank you for treating the home and its contents with care. ★ TRASH & RECYCLING ★ Three outdoor bins are provided: Brown bin: General household trash Blue bin: Recycling Green bin: Organic waste All trash placed in the outdoor bins must be securely bagged. Collection Schedule Wednesday: Brown general-trash bin Monday: Blue recycling bin and green organic-waste bin You are welcome to place the appropriate bins at the curb the night before collection. Waste-management services require the bins to be at the curb no later than 6:00 AM, with the handles facing the house. If you are unsure which bin to use, please place the item in the brown general-trash bin. A $75 charge may apply if trash is placed in the incorrect bin.
