Peaceful Bauhaus Retreat in Quiet Cul-de-Sac

We’ve put a lot of love and time into renovating our home and making it the perfect retreat for our guests, so please be respectful of it. Below are our House Rules: - For stays beyond 30 days, please adhere to Trash Schedule: --> Garbage (brown): Monday mornings --> Recycle (blue): Thursday mornings --> Organics (green): Thursday mornings A $100 charge will be added for overflowing trash cans - No pets allowed. A $300 per pet charge will be added for any undisclosed pets. - No smoking inside the home. A $300 charge will be added for smoking in the home. - Please do not flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Toilet paper only please. A $300 charge will be added for clogged toilets. - Do not set the AC outside 69 - 77 degrees. Excessive heating & cooling can result in additional fees covering the energy costs - Do not block the mailbox. A $50 charge per incident will be added for blocking the mailbox for our neighbors. - No parties or events. Unapproved guests and/or parties/gatherings can result in immediate eviction. - Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet time begins at 10 PM to 7AM daily. Excessive noise or noise complaints during this time can result in a $150 charge and/or immediate eviction. - An earlier checkin or late checkout may be possible depending on our other bookings and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Any unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will result in a fee of $10 per every 15 mins.

With the exception of our storage closet in the master bedroom (labeled as "Storage"), guests have access to the entire home.
