★EXCITING DEAL & NEW HOME★ This is a beautiful brand new home for you to enjoy! We have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a huge backyard and amazing views of the Texas sunset. The house offers three large bedrooms with plenty of space, comfortable beds, fast wifi, large closets, chargers and all the amenities you may need for your vacation. You will find the property exceptionally clean, well equipped and above all extremely comfortable. Whether you want to hit the town for a night out or stay in.

The space is beautiful and spacious. Great for families or friends traveling together. It features modern furnishings, large windows, fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, washer/dryer, and a spacious living room. You will find this home is friendly for all ages. Within the home, you will find an abundance of natural light, a multi-use living space, a functional kitchen and dining room, beds with luxury pillows and linens, and spacious bathrooms. The master bedroom features one comfortable king size bed. The additional two rooms each feature a large queen size beds. All bedrooms have sanitized comforters, blankets and pillows. Each rooms includes large Roku tvs with Netflix and Hulu. Each bathrooms have hairdryers and hair ties! All side tables have USB and USBC ports, tissues, lamps and clocks. Among the amenities, you will see a Keurig coffee maker (+ complementary regular coffee + creamer), complimentary water, a blender, a toaster, a microwave, TVs and more. You will have everything you need to make a proper meal while enjoying a bottle of wine while you're at it. House rules. - We've put a lot of love in our place so please be respectful of it. - No pets allowed. A $300 per pet charge will be added for any undisclosed pets. - No smoking inside the home. A $300 charge will be added for smoking in the home. - No parties or events. Unapproved guests and/or parties/gatherings can result in immediate eviction. - An earlier checkin or late checkout may be possible depending on our other bookings and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. *Any unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will result in a fee of $10 per every 15 mins. - A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. - Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet time begins to 10 PM. *** Do not flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Toilet paper i TRASH DAYS i (General Trash/Garbage) You will see a a brown trash bin. (Recycle) Blue trash bin for recyclables. (Organics) Green trash bin for organics. Wednesdays- Trash days for the brown bin (General Trash) Mondays- Blue recycle bin and Green Organics bin Feel free to take the out the bin the night before. As requested by the waste management service, they ask to please have the trash cans out on the curb those days no later than 6 am (Handle to the curb). If you are unsure which trash can to use then please dispose in the brown trash can. Disposing of trash in the wrong trash can will incur an additional fee of $75.

Please, No Parties To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we kindly ask that you do not host any parties, gatherings or events. Airbnb has a global policy in place that prohibits parties, and we fully support it. All guests must be disclosed. Unapproved gatherings that result in extra cleaning or disruptions may lead to additional charges and, in rare cases, early termination of the stay. 2. Illegal Activity is Not Allowed For everyone's safety, the use of illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. If any such behavior is suspected, local authorities may be contacted, and the stay may be ended early. 3. No Smoking or Vaping on our property We ask that you please refrain from smoking or vaping at the home. A $300 fee will be applied if smoking happens on the property. 4. Kindly Use the Trash Bins Provided Please help us keep things tidy by using the trash cans located in the home for any waste during your stay. The house was as listed and was great for our visit. We were able to spread out and relax during our trip. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to Navigate. We were close to base and enjoyed being able to get to where we were going quickly.
