Please browse our host profile for the complete list of gorgeous listings. ★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★ Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. ★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★ We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable to accommodate them. There is a $250 fee per unauthorized pet. ★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★ Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. There is a $250 fee for smoking in the home. ★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★ We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Unauthorized parties/events will lead to immediate eviction with no refund. ★ EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERA ★ This home is equipped with a doorbell camera, driveway camera, backyard camera and a camera on the side of the home that begin to record and monitor when motion is detected. There are no cameras or devices that record or monitor the interior of the home. House rules. - We've put a lot of love in our place so please be respectful of it. - No pets allowed. A $300 per pet charge will be added for any undisclosed pets. - No smoking inside the home. A $300 charge will be added for smoking in the home. - No parties or events. Unapproved guests and/or parties/gatherings can result in immediate eviction. - An earlier checkin or late checkout may be possible depending on our other bookings and can only be confirmed 24 hours in advance. *Any unauthorized early check-ins or late check-outs will result in a fee of $10 per every 15 mins. - A $50 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. - Please be mindful of the neighbors.
