🏡 House Rules – Please Take a Moment to Read Welcome to our home! We’re so glad to have you here. This space is very special to us, and we kindly ask that you treat it with the same care as you would your own. Thank you for helping us keep it clean, comfortable, and enjoyable for everyone. 1. Please, No Parties To maintain a peaceful environment for our neighbors and future guests, we kindly ask that you do not host any parties, gatherings or events. Airbnb has a global policy in place that prohibits parties, and we fully support it. All guests must be disclosed. Unapproved gatherings that result in extra cleaning or disruptions may lead to additional charges and, in rare cases, early termination of the stay. 2. Illegal Activity is Not Allowed For everyone's safety, the use of illegal substances or engaging in unlawful activity is strictly prohibited. If any such behavior is suspected, local authorities may be contacted, and the stay may be ended early. 3. No Smoking or Vaping on our property We ask that you please refrain from smoking or vaping at the home. A $300 fee will be applied if smoking happens on the property. 4. Kindly Use the Trash Bins Provided Please help us keep things tidy by using the trash cans located in the home for any waste during your stay. Do not place loose trash in the bin, please only place bagged trash in the bin. 5. Check-In & Check-Out Timing Check in time is 3pm. Check-out time is at 10:00 AM. If you need extra time, please let us know in advance—we’ll do our best to accommodate when possible. Late check out or early check cost is $60 per additional hour. 6. We’re a Pet-Free Home As much as we love animals, we do not allow pets in the home. This helps us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly space for all our guests. A $300 per pet charge will be added for any undisclosed pets. 7. No Food or Drinks in Bedrooms To help keep the home clean and pest-free, we ask that food and drinks stay in the kitchen or dining areas. Thank you for helping us maintain this standard. 8. Please Wash Dishes After Use We’ve provided a dishwasher and soap for your convenience. If dishes are left unwashed, a $15 cleaning fee may be added to your stay. 9. 🌡️ Air Conditioning Reminder Welcome to San Antonio, Texas — where the summers are no joke! We’re glad you’re here and want you to stay cool and comfortable. Our A/C system is reliable and does a great job, but it needs a little help to keep running smoothly. Please do not set the thermostat below 68°F. Pushing it too low can cause the system to freeze or shut down completely, which would leave everyone feeling hot and frustrated — and no one wants that! Thanks for helping us keep the home cool and the A/C happy! 10. Accidents Happen – Just Let Us Know If something breaks or gets damaged, don’t worry—just let us know so we work it out. If damage goes unreported, it may result in charges and a report to Airbnb. This home is professionally treated for pests on a quarterly basis. While we do our best to keep everything pest-free, occasionally one may find its way inside. If you notice any issues during your stay, please don’t hesitate to let us know so we can take care of it right away. 🚨 In Case of Emergency: Call 911 🌿 Backyard Guidelines – Please Enjoy Responsibly 🍔 Grill Use You’re welcome to use the grill located near the storage shed! Just please pull it away from the shed before lighting. Grilling tools are available in the kitchen pantry. 🌼 Backyard Etiquette Enjoy the outdoor space! We just ask that you kindly clean up any items or trash before heading back inside. 🏊 Pool -No lifeguard on duty – swim at your own risk. -Children must be supervised at all times. -No diving, running, or rough play. -No glass containers in or near the pool area. -Shower before entering the pool. -No pets in the pool or pool area. -Do not use the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs. -Keep the gate closed at all times. -Pool hours are from 8am to 10pm -No pool toys or floats to be left in the water overnight. -No smoking in the pool area. -Do not tamper with or adjust pool equipment. -Pool heater use requires prior approval and an additional fee. -Unauthorized use or changes to pool settings will result in a $400 fee. - A $25 charge will be added for lost or stolen keys. - Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet time begins to 10 PM. - Do not flush wipes or feminine products down the toilet. Toilet paper only please.
